This week, we visited one of our favourite pottery makers, Morris & James in Matakana, New Zealand. I couldn’t help but admire the beautiful clay pillars in their courtyard. Each pillar tells a story – sharing the company’s history, values, and vision in such a unique and meaningful way.
What a brilliant idea to use clay, the heart of their craft, to connect with the public. There’s a lesson here for other companies and brands, artists and creators, where their storytelling can be both creative and authentic and include their product in some way.
