Paintball V picture

If I asked you “what do you use to paint with?”, what would you answer? A paintbrush? An airbrush? What about a purpose-built paintball gun which shoots 1000 handmade paintballs all at once?!

This very impressive machine was built with Kiwi ingenuity and offered to the makers of V energy drink to use in its marketing promotion. From there a V TV commercial was produced (see TVC below) and then (last Thursday) a live demonstration was made in the business district of Auckland, NZ (see painting above of the V “monster” logo).

The precision-made paintball gun is transportable on the back of a truck and is available for use at promotional events (POA…but I bet it isn’t cheap!). This is yet another good example of pushing the boundaries of “art”. Six months to build…one second to paint. Good on ya Mate!
