Scott Wade dirty car art

Scott Wade looks like a character. To listen to him, he sounds like a character. To see his art, it is FULL of character. What makes this artist different from the others? Scott doesn’t “paint” with oils, acrylics or watercolour…he paints with dirt…or, should I say, on dirt; and he does it remarkably well!

Scott Wade has been called the “da Vinci of Dust,” the “Michelangelo of Mud,” but he prefers the “Dirty Car Artist.”

Scott lives on a dusty road in Texas. With no shortage of “canvasses” available, Scott is only limited by his imagination. I really can’t say it – or show it – as good as Scott Wade can. Here is a short video about Scott, how he began experimenting in this type of ephemeral art, how he has carved out his niche in good ol’ Texan dirt, and how his talent has spread around the world.
