“Plan B is always about safety, lack of risk and is loaded with fear based choices. Plan B doesn’t come close to leading me into being the woman I always wanted to be; Fearless, strong, interdependent, and full of purpose.” (Deana O’Hara, Redemption’s Heart blog)
Hear, hear, Deana! I had never thought about “Plan B” in that way before. I guess there is a fine line between having confidence and trust in Plan A, whilst still having a prudent contingency plan…compared with having a Plan B out of fear and lack of trust.
If I am honest with myself, I usually always have a Plan B (spoken or unspoken), but now my thoughts have been challenged as to where the root of that Plan B comes from. Thanks for that!
