so, the tagger has a sense of humour…

Graffiti humour PapatoetoeI am not sure whether to be righteously angry, or to laugh.

This lovely, huge, mural (of which the photo, above, is just a segment) was painted over the last couple of months. It graces the side of the train station carpark in the Auckland suburb of Papatoetoe. The mural reflects the historic nature of the local homes – old and quaint.

Usually, taggers will respect a new mural, and any defacing takes a while to appear. Not this time. Take a close look at what this wise-guy tagger has done.

I have to admit…it did make me chuckle.
