Sheila Brown painting Robin in Winter

Sheila Brown, “Robin in Winter”

If there is one artist of whom I have looked at their work and said “THAT is what I aspire to paint like”, it is American-born New Zealand artist, Sheila Brown.

Though I – as yet – have not embraced any particular “style” in my endeavours, I look at Sheila’s paintings and (apart from sighing with joy) see my future artist-self in her work.

Sheila’s work is peaceful, graceful and fluid (and she paints in acrylics too). She is my inspiration!

Check out Sheila’s website and magnificent painting gallery [HERE].
